We are VNTeachers
Our story began about 6 years ago
Conor was based in Australia, Toby was on a year out from Uni, and somehow we ended up meeting in Hanoi. Toby had a bit of history with the city and a few contacts there - one thing led to another and before long we'd taken on a four-storey building and were launching our own Live-in English Centre.
It was a great experience and we loved every bit of getting it off the ground.
We are excited to start a similar adventure with VNTeachers years later.

Conor Wisken
Founder and lead
In the 3 years I spent in Hanoi, teaching, learning vietnamese and managing homestays I left with so many life skills.
It's a special country and has a place in my heart and im so happy to be back involved with such great people
India Johnson
Head of Teaching
With a degree in biochemistry and a PGCE in secondary science, I am a qualified teacher who has worked in the UK and Australia. Having gone through the process of relocating for work myself, I know how exciting, yet overwhelming, it can feel.
Toby Brown
Operations
Having lived and worked in Hanoi a few years ago I saw how much there was to learn there. Meals, nights out, quality travel opportunities like: Ha Long Bay, Fansipan, Hai Giang and more.
